Plus, Ron is a recognized idea management software subject matter expert. Most recently Ron has blogged effectively on the subject of social media and its use in the enterprise. Ron has served as a speaker on enterprise social media, collaboration tools and idea management at conferences; on the radio; and on the web. |

Wim Soens Co-Founder & Chief Innovation + R&D Wim Soens is member of the Board of directors at Indie Group. He held several positions within Siemens prior to founding Indie Group, an internet company specialized in e-Communication and Enterprise 2.0 applications. He has been working as an expert in the area of online collaboration and peer innovation since 1999. |

Peter Verschuere Co-Founder & Teamlead CogniStreamer Peter Verschuere is co-founder and member of the Board of Directors at Indie Group. He is a seasoned software industry veteran, having held multiple critical software engineering positions in leading edge high technology companies. Peter currently oversees all operations for CogniStreamer’s product development and continues to raise the bar in terms of profits, production and technological leadership. |

Kristof De Loof Director of Professional Services Kristof De Loof leads the Customer Care Team which is responsible for all aspects of post-sale customer delivery, including technology and customized programs to deliver training, adoption, and organizational change. Before joining Cognistreamer, Kristof was Senior Application Architect at BNP Paribas Fortis, specializing in document archiving and imaging. |

Ann Soens Chief Financial Officer Ann Soens serves as CFO for Cognistreamer. She is responsible for directing all financial and human resources functions, including long-term strategic planning, global expansion, channel development, enhancing financial reporting and internal controls structure, as well as overseeing mergers and acquisition activity. |
